Miranda currently resides in Tampa, FL, joining the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Team Operations Department in July of 2025. Under the direction of Tim Jarocki and Zach Orth, Miranda has gained extensive knowledge of all the components involved in executing a successful football season. Traveling on all away trips, Miranda’s main responsibility is hotel set-up for team arrival, making all player and travel key packets, managing all travel per-diem, and creating the three Team Travel Guides (Ownership, Master, and General). Assisting with flight manifests, rooming lists, seating charts and bus signage are a few of her regular responsibilities. She works closely with the Buccaneers Ownership Concierge for all arrival needs of the Glazer family and guests.

Miranda works closely with VP Football Operations, Shelton Quarles for all player needs. Miranda is responsible for helping with travel arrangements for all workout/ tryout players, transporting newly signed and active roster players, and assisting with their move to Tampa (vehicles, housing, personal needs). Attending practice daily, Miranda works to help the coaches in any way needed, handling all personal requests, and position room set-up while traveling.

Miranda works simultaneously with Player Engagement in helping our players off the field and in their personal lives. From supporting their foundations, getting to know their families, helping with friends and family post-game areas for away travel, and offering support, Miranda continues to grow a passion for the Player Engagement side of professional sports.

During training camp, Miranda is responsible for overseeing all Ops interns and building their weekly schedules and tracking their task completion. Miranda has a close working relationship with Team’s Home Hotel Manager and staff when it comes to all night-before and gameday services. Miranda works with many of the road scouts to book all their travel needs. As part of the 2025 Emerging Talent Program, Miranda takes part in monthly learning series meetings with all the organizations with VPs. Since joining the Buccaneers, Miranda has learned the true meaning behind being a team player and is hopeful to continue her time in the NFL in a Team operations capacity.

Miranda's position as a 2024 Pro Football Hall of Fame intern, working in the Volunteer Management and Hall Famers Relations departments, strengthened both her understanding and involvement within professional football. While working in Canton, OH at The Hall, she helped facilitate and assist with many of the returning Hall of Famer’s in- residence trips. During the internship Miranda was able to learn from legends (James Lofton, Karl Eller, John Riggins, Joe DeLamielleure, and Ronde Barber, and Kevin Mawae) and schedule their public appearances and community programming, while in Canton.

As a member of the Hall of Famer Relations team, under the management of Cleveland Brown’s PA Announcer, Jeff Shreve, Miranda created the itineraries for Hall of Famers, returning back to the birthplace of Football for Enshrinement 2024. Her department joined the Communications, Sponsorship, and Hospitality departments to host the 2024 NFL Awards of Excellence. Gold Jacket Dinner, Enshrinement Ceremony, Hall of Fame Game, and the “WAG’s” Ladies Luncheon where all events Miranda helped execute. She worked closely with the 2024 induction class, including Julius Peppers and Andre Johnson, from the making of their Bronze Bust to the fitting of their Gold Jackets.

Her time with the Volunteer Management department allowed her to arrange and set up behind the scenes of museum tours, led by museum volunteers, for teams including the Chicago Bears, Carolina Panthers, and Cleveland Browns. She focused her time on the volunteer team, trying to restructure the hiring process and expand their outreach to further grow a younger demographic of weekly museum volunteers. One of the tasks she took on was generating the credentials for everyone involved in all Enshrinement Festival Events.

Beyond having the chance to be at the forefront of the entire Enshrinement week, she also got to assist in kickstarting the communication and travel arrangements for the Black College Football Hall of Fame Classic. One of the unique highlights of this internship was the two Make-a-Wish trips Miranda planned with NFL Legue Office. Her time with the Pro Football Hall of Fame exceeded all expectations, providing real-world involvement with professional athletes, partnerships and engagement with external community and national organizations.

Portfolio - NASCAR Internship

Speedway Announcement Photo.jpg

During the summer of 2023, Miranda relocated to Daytona Beach, Fl, where she worked as a Marketing intern for NASCAR Motorsports. She was able to join the Racing Operations team midway through, opening her eyes to the inner workings of all sports coordination. This Operational experience included executing the first Chicago Street Race and the Daytona 500.

Daily Miranda worked on the initiatives of The NASCAR Foundation, their company sponsors, and the non-profits organizations they partnered with. She assisted in the weekly coordination and preparation for “Track Days” at each of the speedways. Her role spearheaded the advertisement and social media promotion of events, including Track Laps, VIP Guest Experience packages, and Speedy Bear Brigades. Working in connection with IMSA Racing, her efforts also went toward the silent auction, sponsorship deals, and reception suites for the Rolex 24 Race at Daytona International Speedway.

One challenge that allowed Miranda to grow in a professional sports environment like NASCAR was their final internship project. Working alongside four other interns, solely connecting remotely and via Zoom from three different NASCAR offices nationwide, they executed a well-thought youth activation, in which they presented to the Chief Executive Board, including previous NASCAR President, Steve Phelps. Creating a dialogued background of their plan, including logistical needs, financial requirements, and an entire mock-up of brand assets that would be used for this activation project, Miranda learned effective approaches to collaborating with a team.
