Miranda began her Team Operations position with the Buccaneers in July of 2025. Kicking off with training camp, she has been with this team every step of the way during their 2025 season. Miranda serves as part of the advanced travel team, leaving for away games prior to the team's arrival. Participating in stadium walk-throughs, hotel pre-cons and spearheading all hotel and position room set-ups, she aids in ensuring a smooth trip for the team and travelers. She works simultaneously with Delta Charter flight crew, traveling security team, and Buccaneers Ownership concierge.

Her everyday responsibilities involve close working relationships with players and coaches, Player Engagement, and Football Operations. She helps to facilitate the best support system for players both on and off the field. Her role has expanded her knowledge of all components of team travel (rooming lists, flight manifests, per diem), but more importantly how to serve the players, in day-to-day life.

An alumnus of the New Mexico State University’s Delta Gamma sorority as the previous chapter president, Miranda has equal experience in collegiate athletics. While being a student, she worked as an assistant to the NMSU Athletic Director, Mario Moccia, helping serve as a liaison between coaches and athletic administration. Seeking to make the most of her collegiate years, Miranda participated in internships with The Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2024 and NASCAR Motorsports in 2023.

As a 2024 Pro Football Hall of Fame summer intern, she worked internally with the Hall of Famer Relations and Volunteer Management departments in Canton, OH. Her responsibilities included managing all planning for the weekly in-residence program for previous enshrinees. Her role assisted in leading the 2024 Enshrinement class and their families throughout Enshrinement Weekend, Gold Jacket Dinner, and Induction Ceremony. Miranda upkept consistent communication with all “legend” players, building personal friendships with Ronde Barber, Kevin Mawae, and James Lofton. A few internship accomplishments include working NFL Awards of Excellence, overseeing all credentialing for NFL personnel and over 1,2000 staff members working Enshrinement week, and partnering with NFL League office for two Make-a-Wish visits during Enshrinement.

During summer of 2023, Miranda relocated to Daytona Beach, Fl, where she worked as a marketing intern for NASCAR Motorsports. Working closely with drivers and players along with The NASCAR Foundation, Miranda received exposure to all components of both Marketing and Operations that come into fruition in the world of professional sports. Her role engaged with player- led events including Bubba Wallace's’ Block Party, Daniel Suarez's Amigos, and the expansion of Michael Jordan’s 23XI race team. Within this internship, Miranda helped with the pre-planning coordination of The Daytona 500 and the weekly race activations of Betty Jane Frances’ The NASCAR Foundation.

Aside from her work endeavors, a personal interest of Miranda’s includes health and fitness. Not only as someone who has competed in four bodybuilding competitions, she finds prioritizing her physical well-being as one of her greatest strengths to being successful in her professional work.

Whether on the 50-yard line, sidelines in the arena, or in the pit for a tire change, Miranda is eager to continue her professional sports career, seeking Player Engagement and Operation focused roles.
